Today is It!

This is it, the last day to sign up to attend the reunion!  I have to turn in the final numbers tomorrow, so this is your last chance.  If you are planning on attending and haven't already registered, please do so. Last Days to Sign Up

Here it is the final few days to get your name down for the reunion.  We need our final numbers by the 31st, which is Sunday.  If you haven't registered do it now!  Don't forget that if you want a memory book, we need to know by then as well.  Don't delay, we are looking forward to seeing so many people on the 5th and 6th!

Friday and Saturday

There is a little confusion here, so let me clarify.  Friday night is a free event.  We do need to know if you are coming before, but you do not have to pay anything. We need to know the number attending for the insurance policy we had to take out in order to rent Cottonwood High School. So please, please, let us know if you are planning on coming by registering through the link on the sidebar.  On Saturday Night, we will be holding the reunion at Cottonwood Club.  The cost for this is 37.50 per person.  We will not be taking money at the door, we have to give a firm number to the Club before hand.  I hope this clears things up.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Reunion Dress

A few people have asked me about dress for the reunion.  The standard for dress at the reunion is business casual, whatever that means to you.  The alumni mingle at Cottonwood High is a pretty casual event.  Someone asked about wearing dress up in typical fashions from the 90's and I will leave that to your own prerogative. 

Golf Tournament

If any of you boys are interested in playing in a golf tournament on August 5th, please let me know. For the past 12 years, a group of us have found a time to get together and play a rousing round of 18 holes and this year we are opening it up to an extended group of Alumni. I can only imagine the stories that will be told during these to yet be cherished 6 hours of golf. What a way to get prepared for the Alumni Mingle. We currently have 16 players and are now ready to receive more. The tee times are yet to be finalized, as well as which course, but we play to tee off in between 7:00 am and 12:00 noon. The course will either be Mt. Dell, Thanksgiving Point, or Talon's Cove. What will make the deciding factor how many more of you alumni want to play. Cost will be around $50-$60 to play golf, a chance to win a prize, and no doubt some unforgettable new memories as a CHS alumni.

Friday Night

A few people have asked if they need to let us know they are attending the alumni mingle Friday night at the school.  The answer is YES.  We want to make sure we are prepared for enough people and we need to make certain our insurance policy covers the number of people attending.  If you are only planning on attending Friday night, please, let us know!

We Need Memory Book Submissions

I just wanted to remind everybody that tomorrow, July 18th is the last day to submit questionnaires for the memory book. Head on over to the memory book link on the sidebar of this blog to see an updated list of those who have sent in their questionnaires. You can also find the questionnaire there if you don't already have it.

Don't forget to purchase a memory book when you register for the reunion via the paypal link. If you can't make the reunion, you can still purchase a memory book and shipping ($10 + $5) via the paypal link and we will send it to you.

July 31st is the last day to get registered for the reunion and to purchase memory books so don't procrastinate and go register today!

Deadline July 31st!

A bunch of people have been asking me for a deadline to register to attend the reunion. We need to have a final count by July 31st, so quit procrastinating, decide you are coming and get registered!
Also, a few people have asked if we are trying to contact parents and hunt down the people on the MIA list. We are not doing that, but if you know of anyone that you think might not have heard about the reunion, please make the effort to contact them and let them know.
And last, but not least, the memory book. Barb and Shelly have been working really hard on this, so help them out and get the questionnaire back to them. It is really fun to look at the ones that have been returned, you'll be glad you did it!
